Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, all work product created by Nordic Byte LTD during an engagement becomes the property of the client upon full payment.

Limitation of liability

Nordic Byte LTD shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services beyond the value of the contract.
