Most small companies depend on one application. An ERP, an intranet, a customer portal, something built years ago by someone who has left. We build it, rebuild it, or take it over — in whatever language and database you already use. Written proposal within 48 hours.
Companies of 5 to 50 people with one application their operation depends on. An ERP, an intranet, a booking system, a bespoke web app — the system where, if it stops, everyone stops. With or without an IT person in-house. Usually we’re dealing with the owner or the general manager directly, which is the only reason a project this size can move quickly.
En castellano: soluciones a medida para pymes con una aplicación crítica
We’re not the right fit for agencies looking to subcontract, for one-off freelance tasks, or for a cheap WordPress site. And if the decision comes down to the lowest hourly rate, we’ll lose that comparison. Our price is worked out from what it costs to do the job properly, and we don’t sell the same work for less.
If that’s you, we’ll tell you in the first reply rather than three weeks in.
Six things we do for companies of 5 to 50 people. Every one of them ends the same way: a written proposal, a fixed scope and dates.
Your operation runs on something that doesn’t exist yet, or on something that stopped fitting years ago. We build the application around how the company actually works — in whatever language and database you already have.
Learn moreYou already have the data. It’s in the ERP, in a dozen spreadsheets and in somebody’s inbox. We get it into one place and make it answer questions.
Learn moreMigration and architecture on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud, documented so the next person doesn’t have to guess. We don’t run your servers afterwards — and we’ll say so before you ask.
Learn moreAssistants, document processing, classification, forecasting. Pointed at one process where you can measure the difference at the end of the month.
Learn moreDevices in the field, telemetry you can actually see, and alerts that reach a person. Firmware through to the dashboard.
Learn moreWeb applications where the site is part of the operation — a customer portal, a booking system, an ordering front end. Not brochure sites, and not WordPress on a budget.
Learn moreNo discovery phase you pay for before you know the price. Three steps, and you know the number at the end of the first one.
A call, and access to the system you’re running now.
Within 48 hours of the brief. Fixed price or by the hour, your choice — and it says what’s included and what isn’t.
Something working every two weeks, your code in your own repository from day one, and one person on the project from the first call to the last delivery.
Intelligent meeting assistant with real-time transcription, smart summaries and automated action item tracking.
AI-powered personal finance manager with smart budgeting, investment insights and financial forecasting.
Comprehensive device management platform with real-time dashboards, alerting and over-the-air updates.
Not promises. Things you can verify in the first week.
You send the brief, you get scope, price and dates in writing within 48 hours. No paid discovery phase to find out what it costs. If we’re not the right fit, that’s what the reply says.
We work in the language and database you already run. Nobody proposes rewriting a working system in someone’s favourite framework — that’s a new project wearing the word “upgrade”, and you would be the one paying for it.
The person who takes the first call writes the code and answers the phone when something breaks. Nobody gets handed to an account manager. It is also why we do not sell 24/7 cover: better said now than at three in the morning.
Describe the project in the form. You’ll have a proposal back within 48 hours with the scope, the price and the dates on it. If we’re not the right people for it, that’s what the first reply will say.
